Antibiotic Stewardship
Making every antibiotic count: evidence-based prescribing for everyday veterinary practice, with a European specialist behind leading stewardship guidelines.
Lusaka time (CAT, UTC+2): 18:00
Presented in English. Live Q&A follows the lecture.
Antimicrobial resistance threatens the medicines that animal and human health both depend on, and every prescription we write either slows it down or speeds it up. In Session 02 of the VAZ CPD Lecture Series, Dr Fergus Allerton, a contributor to the PROTECT ME guidelines and to ENOVAT's European treatment recommendations, joins us from the United Kingdom to show how stewardship principles become confident, practical decisions in the consulting room.
