Every region has heroes. You know a veterinarian or veterinary paraprofessional who deserves recognition. Watch the short video, follow the six steps below, and put them forward for the first-ever VAZ Regional Awards.

Choose the award
Tick the region where your nominee works (Regional Veterinarian or Regional Veterinary Paraprofessional Award), or choose Lifetime Achievement or Rising Star.

Why they deserve it
The most important part. A citation of up to 100 words on why they deserve it, then up to three key achievements. No letters of support are needed.

Tick, attach, sign
Tick the eligibility boxes, attach the nominee’s CV and type your name to sign. You cannot nominate yourself.
